Letter from the Admissions Director

Betsy ThorntonWe are living through a time that we will remember for the rest of our lives.  In light of the global pandemic, our administration, faculty, staff and students have stepped up to the challenges presented to us by COVID-19, and I am truly inspired by their hard work and dedication.  Our accredited academic classes seamlessly transitioned from our classrooms to a virtual campus without missing a single day of instruction.  Here at Union Catholic, our resolve is strong, our mission remains steadfast, and our mantra of "Tradition Meets Tomorrow" is a reality.  At Union Catholic, we prepare students to succeed in the real, virtual and spiritual world and become all that God calls them to be.  In the midst of this global pandemic, we continue to do just that.

By choosing to apply to Union Catholic you are availing yourself of a pioneering approach to education in a faith-based, "technology infused" learning environment which has received national attention and made us one the premier Catholic High Schools in the state.

UC's progressive laptop/tablet learning program means every student can stay connected and productive "anytime, anywhere". With six learning levels students can focus on their individual strengths, producing maximum results. Our Virtual High School program allows students to take accredited online courses in non-traditional subjects like Pre-Veterinary Medicine, Screenwriting, Web Design, AP Macro & Microeconomics and 250 more. Our innovative learning environment and our commitment to a values-based education offers young people an inspiring place to grow, achieve and succeed as they reach their college and career goals.

Not only will you succeed in the classroom; our many extra-curricular activities, clubs and sports will enable you to experience new and exciting venues during your high school years.
