Several Union Catholic Students Earned AP Scholar Awards

Twenty-five recent graduates of Union Catholic and nine rising seniors at the school have earned AP Scholar Awards in recognition of their exceptional achievement on AP Exams during this past school year.
 
The College Board’s Advanced Placement program recognizes several levels of achievement based on students’ performance on AP Exams. 
 
Eight students qualified for the AP Scholar with Distinction Award by earning an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. These students are Yvonne Agyapong ‘22, Shane Brosnan ‘22, Emma Donnelly ‘22, Tian Liao ‘23, Caroline Menho ‘22, Gabriella Mouris ‘23, Michael Palacio ‘22, and Abhijay Upadhyay ‘22.
 
Eight students qualified for the AP Scholar with Honors Award by earning an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. These students are Casey Arias ‘23, Alana Beardsley ‘23, Alexandra Bonn ‘23, Mikaila Farrell ‘22, Adrian Hou ‘23, Emma Prati ‘22, Joseph Sebastian ‘22, and Sophia Wright ‘22.
 
An additional 19 students earned AP Scholar Awards by completing three or more AP Exams with scores of 3 or higher. These students are Camari Bartley ‘22, Erick Fraga ‘23, Annie Hartnett ‘22, Ava Hiel ‘22, Rachel Hou ‘23, Abigail Hunsinger ‘22, Brianna Hutchinson ‘22, Allison Julve ‘22, Julian Kaniuka ‘22, Courtney Lucius ‘22, Amanda Lumauig ‘22, Maria Maddi ‘23, George Miller ‘23, Evelyn O’Connor ‘22, Juliana Rama ‘22, Rory Reis ‘22 Nadine Rouba ‘22, Cassandra Vega ‘22, and Colin Whiteside ’22.
