An inside look at Michele Cardielo DelCorsano, who will be inducted into the UC Hall of Fame

Michele Cardiello DelCorsano

Union Catholic Hall of Fame

Class of 2025

UC Hero

As part of Union Catholic's preparation for its Class of 2025 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, we are rolling out profiles on each member who will be enshrined on October 3rd at the Shackamaxon Country Club in Scotch Plains.

In the spotlight today is Michele Cardiello DelCorsano

Michele Cardiello DelCorsano

Michele Cardiello DelCorsano, Class of 1995, came to Union Catholic at the urging of her parents. Though it wasn’t her first choice at the time, attending UC became a life-changing decision, one that set her on a path of personal growth and helped her discover a deep-rooted passion for service.

After graduating from UC, Michele earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Susquehanna University and later completed a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Kean University.  She began her professional career at Morgan Stanley, where she spent five years.

It was during her time at Morgan Stanley that a former mentor introduced her to an opportunity at Our House, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Michele joined the organization and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Chief Operating Officer and, in 2015, Chief Executive Officer.  Today, she proudly leads a dedicated team that transforms lives through inclusive, community-based programs.

In March, Michele celebrated over 20 years at Our House, Inc., a milestone she describes as one of the greatest gifts of her life.  She believes deeply that, with the right support system, anything is possible, and that disability reveals nothing about a person’s true potential.

Michele lives in Fanwood with her husband, Michael, and their two daughters, Sienna (Class of 2026) and Aubrey (Class of 2029). In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, spending time with her family, and cheering on the New York Mets.

The deadline to RSVP for the Hall of Fame Induction Dinner is Sept. 19
