Physical Examination

Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination. Following their Physical Exam, the Medical Eligibility Form
must be completed by the Physician and submitted to the Athletic Department before the student is authorized to participate in tryouts or practice. Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of the exam. 
 
The participation fee of $125.00 is to be submitted to the athletic department prior to tryouts, and payment should be made online when
completing registration paperwork. 

Fall 2026 registration will open on Monday, July 1, 2026 and must be submitted by Monday, August 10, 2026. Fall 2026 Participation Fees must be paid prior to tryouts. Physicals/Medical Eligibility Forms can be uploaded or submitted in person.

Cheerleading: August 3-4-5 9-11:00 AM UC Turf/Grass
Boys Soccer: August 17-20 3-5 PM UC Turf
Girls Soccer: August 17-21 6-8:15 PM UC Turf
Volleyball: August 17-19: Freshman 9-10:30 AM. Returning Players 10:30AM-12:30 PM UC Gymnasium
Gymnastics: August 17-19 2:30-4 PM Surgent’s Elite, Westfield
Tennis: August 10-12 3-5 PM @ Kramer Manor Park
