Union Catholic's forensics team had some very strong performances when the Vikings opened their season at a Newark Catholic Forensic League meet on Saturday at Ridge High School.   

Juniors Lei Cervantes and Rebecca Soares placed fourth in Duo and junior Abby Louis-Pierre finished sixth in Original Oratory.
