Deadline: As soon as possible

• Complete the International Student Application in the portal

Application Portal

• Official Academic Records
  • Transcripts from each year of high school
  • Students applying to Grade 9 must include the previous two academic years
  • Must be on official school letterhead or stamped/sealed
  • Translated into English
  • Include a grading scale explanation
• Two (2) Letters of Recommendation
• Copy of Passport
• Copy of Birth Certificate

Timing: Scheduled within 1 week of receiving all required documentation

• The agency will be contacted via email by a member of the admissions team to schedule the student’s Zoom interview.

Timing: Within 7 days after the interview

• An official admissions decision letter and supporting documents will be sent by the Union Catholic International Admissions Department.
• Submit Official Immunization Records
  • Must include exact immunization dates, entered by a physician
  • Include official clinic or physician seal
  • Translated into English
  • Must meet New Jersey state requirements for school entry
• Complete and submit the following Registration documents
  • Registration Forms
  • Textbook Form
  • Tuition Form
  • Publicity Release Form
  • Sevis Form
  • Uniform Order Form

• Copy of I20 for continued attendance

• Total Tuition, Fees and Tablet can be paid in full at the time of registration or can be paid in two installments:
  • the first payment of $23,932 is due at the time of registration
  • the second payment of $10,158 due by January 4, 2027

• Senior Fee (students in grade 12) $600
• Reserve a Seat Fee (for Union Catholic transportation) $1,600
• Book Fee (this fee is dependent upon books required for the student’s course selections and can range between $275 and $425)

A student withdrawing from Union Catholic because of VISA issues will receive a 100% refund MINUS the $1,900 non-refundable deposit, if they are not permitted in the country.

A student withdrawing from Union Catholic, prior to September, to attend another high school in the United States will receive a 100% refund MINUS a $7,000 non-refundable deposit.
