About Us

It is a true honor to serve as Principal of a school I have called home for over two decades. As a proud member of the Union Catholic community for more than 22 years serving as Assistant Principal, Chief Development Officer, and Planned Giving Officer, I am humbled to continue our legacy of faith, innovation, and excellence in this new role.

Union Catholic is filled with a unique spirit because there truly is a place for everyone here. At UC, we stretch our limits to become all God calls us to be. Rooted in our core values of community, respect, responsibility, compassion, and honesty, we strive each day to live out our mission, “to provide our students with a quality education in a faith-based, value-centered environment.” These values are not only taught, but they are also lived. You can feel them in the energy of our hallways, see them in the care our faculty and staff show each student, and witness them in the spirit of service and unity that defines our school culture.

Here at UC, we pride ourselves on our diverse student body, talented faculty and staff, and cutting-edge academics, including individualized course offerings for every student. UC’s thriving performing arts and athletic programs as well as its extensive student activities allow our students to excel both in and out of the classroom. Our vibrant Campus Ministry programs allow all of our students to grow in their faith and commitment to God. All of these elements combine to make Union Catholic one of the premier co-educational high schools not only in Union County, but also in the State of New Jersey.

As I step into this role following the incredible leadership of Sister Percylee Hart, I do so with the utmost respect for our school’s history and great excitement for its future. My background in educational leadership, public administration, and nonprofit management has prepared me to lead Union Catholic with vision and purpose, grounded in the values that have always made this school special.
