Dear Parents and Guardians:

As Director of Parent Relations, I welcome you to the 2013-2014 School Year. What an exciting time it is for the Union Catholic Community as we begin our 51st year. We have many events planned throughout the year and we hope you will join us for as many as you can.

The mission of Union Catholic's Parent Relations Office is to promote and foster parent support for the school spiritually, academically, socially and financially. It is our goal to foster open communication amongst the administration, faculty, students, parents and community of Union Catholic High School.

Union Catholic High School considers parent involvement in the life of the school to be essential. Research shows that when parents are involved in their child's school, the benefits include better academic performance, increased confidence and positive attitudes of students, and a higher confidence in faculty and administrators. Volunteering your time will give you an opportunity to know our faculty members and administrators and your fellow parents, you'll learn what's happening at UC, and you'll have a hand in making UC a stronger and more exciting place for your child to become all that God calls them to be.

I hope you will consider getting involved at Union Catholic High School. You'll be glad you did!

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.

Sincerely
Allison Lestarchick
