Sports Physicals

Physicals will be given at Union Catholic this summer.  The cost of the physical is $10 (cash only checks are not accepted).  Physicals will be given from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  Enter school through the main entrance (Door # 1).

Fall Sports Starting Dates


Cheerleading - September 11th @ 2:30

Cross Country - August 15th 8:00 am

Gymnastics - August 14th @ 9:00 am

Boys Soccer - August 15th @ 6:00 pm

Girls Soccer - August 16th @ 9:00 am

Girls Tennis - August 15th @ 3:00 pm at Kramer Manor, Scotch Plains

Volleyball - August 21st @ 9:00 am


Anyone wishing to participate in the fall sports season MUST submit all required paperwork and fees before you will be allowed to try-out.   


The following forms and fees must be submitted before a student will be allowed to try-out for a Sport:  Forms are available at this link, select athletics and then select Athletic Forms.

  1. A current physical exam (not more then 1 year old)
  2. A physical clearance form
  3. A History Form
  4. A Health History form
  5. A signed acknowledgement consent checklist form
  6. A signed permission form
  7. A paid participation fee & "750" raffle fee
