This course will focus on understanding preventative physical and mental health measures, including proper diet, nutrition, exercise, risk avoidance, and stress reduction. This course will be practical as well as instructional. Students will participate in various physical activities that incorporate the components of fitness. The course will also, educate, stimulate, motivate and inspire the student to practice proper eating and exercise habits.
